Four decades after their formation, Flotsam and Jetsam continue to stand as one of the most influential and enduring bands in American thrash metal.
The Arizona-based band will return to the Iberian Peninsula this November for a seven-date tour in support of their new album, Rats In The Temple, stopping in Lisbon on 19 November for an exclusive performance at RCA Club. Portuguese band SPEEDEMON will open the show.
Known for a legacy built on landmark releases such as No Place for Disgrace and Doomsday for the Deceiver, Flotsam and Jetsam have also demonstrated a renewed creative vitality in recent years, showcased on albums such as The End of Chaos and I Am the Weapon.
With their new album Rats In The Temple, the band presents thirteen new tracks that retain the elements that have defined their sound throughout their career: razor-sharp riffs, twin-guitar harmonies, speed, melody, and their trademark intensity.
