SYNOPSIS

Rui Veloso, one of the greatest names in Portuguese music, celebrates four and a half decades of his career with a unique concert on December 19th at the Super Bock Arena in Porto.

This performance features the special participation of the GNR Symphonic Band and unique arrangements by John Beasley – an award-winning American jazz musician and composer, and director of the Monterey Jazz Festival, known for his work with Miles Davis, Steely Dan, and many others.

This will be a one-of-a-kind moment that celebrates not only Rui Veloso’s unmatched legacy in Portuguese music, but also the very history of Portuguese popular music itself.
