Yes. Palko Tickets offers the same support and after-sales channels as the partnering ticketing platform. You can expect the same level of assistance if you need help with your tickets.
Palko offers "Instant Purchase", even for high-demand events, so tickets can be purchased right away.

Tickets are issued electronically and sent to your email, or available via the official ticketing app, depending on the partner platform.
Ticket transfer and resale rules depend on the original ticketing platform. Palko follows the policies of the issuing partner — usually, only the original purchaser can use the ticket.
Palko supports the same payment methods as the partner ticketing platforms, including credit/debit cards, Multibanco, MB Way, and other secure online payment options.
